摘要
腔镜下甲状腺手术是近年来国内外出现的一种微创外科新手术,它是最大限度减少颈部手术创伤的全新外科操作技术。由于其手术方式不同于传统开放甲状腺手术,其围手术期护理也成为众多学者研究的方向。本文对腹腔镜甲状腺术后的一般护理、并发症的观察及护理、心理护理以及健康指导等进行了综述。
Endoscopic thyroid surgery, a new minimally invasive surgery appearing at home and abroad in recent years, uses a new surgical technique minimizing the trauma in neck surgery. Because its way of operation differs from the traditional open thy- roid surgery, its perioperative care attracts the attention of many scholars. This article gives an overview to the general care after the laparoscopic thyroid surgery, observation and care of the complications, psychological care and health guidance, etc.
