摘要
随着《中华人民共和国各级人民代表大会常务委员会监督法》的出台,人民检察院的专业法律监督也成为大家关注的焦点。在人民检察院的法律监督中,对民事诉讼、刑事诉讼和行政诉讼三大诉讼活动的审判监督又是重中之重。文章主要从现阶段三大诉讼的检察监督过程存在的问题着眼,以寻求一些切实可行的解决办法。
With the producing of the Supervision Law, the professional legal supervision of People＇ s Procuratorate also becomes the focus of people＇ s attention. The three trial supervision of the civil, criminal and administrative proceeding litigation activities is the top priority in the legal supervision of People＇ s Procuratorate. This article will focus the problem of the three procedure laws to find some practical solutions.
