摘要
目的:从分子水平阐释损伤血瘀证的"证"本质;揭示挑红四物汤治疗损伤血瘀证的机制。方法:将88只SD大鼠随机分为11组,正常对照组、模型或药物治疗2h、8h、24h、48h、7天组,每组8只,雌雄各半,用"定量化重力击打法"制备损伤血瘀证模型,造模后按要求灌胃。收集血液,检测其血清中IL-6、IL-10的含量。结论:损伤血瘀证模型大鼠血清中IL-6、IL-10含量呈现不同的时相性变化;桃红四物汤对损伤血瘀证模型大鼠血清中IL-6、IL-10均具有调节作用,但其作用时相不同。
Objective: To explore the essence of traumatic injury with blood stasis syndrome from the perspective of molecule, and to reveal the molecular mechanism of Tanhongsiwu decoction (THSWD) . Methods: Eighty-eight Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were randomly divided into 11 ten groups: control group, model groups at 2h, 8h, 24h, 48h, and 7d, and THSWD groups at 2h, 8h, 24h, 48h, and 7d. Model of traumatic injury with blood stasls syndrome was established by quantitatively beating. Then the rats of THSWD groups were fed intragastrically according to the request. After collection of blood at 2h, 8h, 24h, 48h, and 7d, IL-6 and IL-10 were detected by ELISA, and the results were analyzed by SPSS13.0. Results and conclusion: The contents of IL-6 and IL-10 in serum of model rats with traumatic injury with blood stasis syndrome were time dependent. THSWD can regulate the expression of IL-6 and IL-10 in serum of model rats at different time.
