高度近视眼眼环组织的微循环血流灌注

摘要 目的探讨高度近视眼眼环组织微循环血流灌注的特点。方法采用16层螺旋CT对高度近视眼(53眼)和正视眼(64眼)行CT灌注扫描,获取赤道后部眼环血容量值(blood volume,BV)、眼动脉和眼静脉增强CT值。结果正视眼和高度近视眼动静脉差值分别为64.77±3.36和87.76±4.26,差异具有统计学意义。眼环血容量值正视眼组为(23.15±5.75)cL.kg-1,高度近视眼组为(13.84±4.45)cL.kg-1,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高度近视眼眼环组织微循环障碍可能是其病理变化的原因之一。 Objective To study the hemodynamics of the eye-ring's microcirculation in patients with high myopia through blood perfusion imaging using 16-slice spiral CT.Methods Twenty-eight cases with high myopia(53 eyes) and emmetropia(64 eyes) were examined by 16-slice spiral CT.The perfusion imaging of ophthalmic artery and ophthalmic vein and the blood volume of the posterior equatorial eye-ring were obtained.Results The perfusion imaging between ophthalmic artery and ophthalmic vein was 64.77±3.36 in emmetropia,and 87.76±4.26 in high myopia.It was statistically significant(P〈0.05).The blood volume of high myopia(13.84±4.45)cL·kg^-1 was significantly less than that of the emmetropia(23.15±5.75)cL·kg^-1.Conclusion Microcirculation disturbance may be one of its pathological changes in high myopia.
