摘要
目的探讨脐尿管畸形的声像图特征及临床病理学特征。方法回顾性分析8例超声诊断为脐尿管畸形的声像图特征，与临床、手术、病理结果对照并结合文献复习。结果8例患者中超声诊断为脐尿管瘘并感染2例（其中1例为脐尿管瘘并脐尿管内结石），5例为脐尿管囊肿并感染，1例为膀胱脐尿管憩室，8例经手术后病理证实，超声诊断符合率达100％。结论超声诊断脐尿管畸形具有诊断可靠、无创、方便等优点，具有很高的，临床诊断价值。
Objective To analyze ultrasound manifestations and pathological features of urachal abnormalities. Methods Ultrasound findings of 8 cases of urachal abnormalities were retrospectively reviewed, and to control its clinical, surgical and pathological results and reviewed the literatures. Results 2 cases were diagnosed as urachal fistula with infected by ultrasound, 1 cases were diagnosed as urachal fistula and the stone in the urachal, 5 cases with infected urachal cyst, 1 cases urachal diverticulum, 8 cases proven by surgery and pathology, ultrasound diagnosis rate is 100%. Conclusion Ultrasound is a reliable, non-invasive and so merits diagnosis method for urachal abnormalities.
