摘要 弥漫性轴索损伤(DAI)的诊断及其预后判断仍然是一个有待解决的问题。目前,DAI的诊断主要根据患者临床表现及其传统影像学表现来实现的,这种诊断方法缺乏精确性,而且缺乏对具体病变部位进行可靠定位的能力。磁共振弥散张量成像(DTI)是近年发展起来的,在临床及科研中应用越来越广的一项磁共振成像技术,其突出优点体现在对神经纤维的高度敏感性上,可对神经纤维的完整性进行定量及定性研究,显示脑神经纤维束的走行及其病理状态,从而为神经系统疾病的诊断及预后评估提供帮助。本文主要综述DTI在DAI诊断及预后评估中的应用。 The diagnosis and prognosis of diffuse axonal injury(DAI) is still a problem to be solved. At present,the diagnosis of DAI mainly depends on patients' clinical manifestation and traditional imaging, which lacks of accuracy and can't determinate the lesion site reliably. Diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) is an magnetic resonance imaging technique developed in recent years ,which has been using more and more extensive in clinical and scientific research and has outstanding advantage of hypersensitive to the neurofibra. DTI can be used in quantitative and qualitative study on the integrity of the neurofibra and reflect the neurofibra' s courser and pathologic status to provide evidence for diagnosis and prognosis evaluation in nervous system disease. This article smmarized the application of DTI in diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of DAI.
