摘要
提出了一种可同时快速更换轧辊和导卫装置的高刚度轧机机座，适用于棒材、线材和型材轧制．该机座在机架上安装一个称为卡式箱的装置，卡式箱内可以预装轧辊和导卫，并在轧制线外调整好，可以实现轧辊和导卫一次吊装，快速更换．
A high rigidity mill stand in which the roll can be quickly changed togetherwith guide as been proposed. This type of stand is suitable for bar, wire and sectionsteel rolling. A device named' CASSETE' is mountal on the mill housing. The roll andguide can be premounted in the cassete, and adjusted off line. With the cassete, the roll andguide can be hoisted and mounted at the same time.
