摘要
目的:研究延胡索抗心肌缺血有效部位的化学成分。方法:用各种现代色谱分离方法分离延胡索有效部位中的化学成分;用波谱技术(IR、UV、MS、D和D-NMR)鉴定结构。结果:分离并鉴定了9个生物碱类化合物,分别为四氢非洲防己碱(1)、降氧化北美黄连次碱(2)、corunine(3)、脱氢延胡索碱(4)、dehydrocorybulbine(5)、非洲防己碱(6)、黄连碱(7)、巴马汀(8)和小檗碱(9)。结论:化合物2、3、5为首次从该植物中分出。本文还对化合物(3)的NMR谱数据进行了归属。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents in the anti-myocardial ischemia effective fraction of Corydalis yanhusuo. Methods:Compounds were isolated and purified by a macroporous resin, Sephadex LH-20, ODS column chromatography, and prepared TLC. Their structures were identified by spectral analysis and chemical evidence. Results : Nine compounds, tetrahydroeolumbamine ( 1 ) , noroxyhydrastinine ( 2 ) , corunine ( 3 ) , dehydroeorydaline ( 4 ), dehydrocorybulbine ( 5 ) , columhamine ( 6 ), coptisine ( 7 ) , berberine (8), palmatine (9) were isolated and identified from the effective fraction of Corydalis yanhusuo. Conclusion:Compounds 2,3 and 5 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
