探讨了水资源可持续发展的必要性,分析了榆社县水土流失现状和水土流失对水资源的危害,阐述了水土保持在水资源可持续发展中的积极作用。
This paper probes into the necessity of sustainable development of water resource, analyzes the present situation of water and soil loss in Yushe County and its harmfulness on the water resources, and expounds the active functions of water and soil conservation in the sustainable development of water resource.
