摘要
从我国地质灾害灾情和防灾减灾现状出发,探讨了通过建立地质灾害保险制度对受灾群众进行补偿的可能性,指出了建立地质灾害保险制度应该遵循的基本原则,对下一步推进地质灾害保险制度提出了措施建议。
Based on the current situation of geological disasters and disaster prevention and reduction in China, this paper explores the possibility of setting up a geological disaster insurance system to compensate for the stricken people, points out the basic principles to be followed in building the insurance system, and puts forward measures and suggestions for advancing the insurance system.
