摘要
近来,主权财富基金发展迅猛,尤其是在美国次贷危机爆发以来,其在国际金融领域的活跃表现引起国际社会的广泛关注。主权财富基金规模日益庞大,其资产投资策略对国际资本流动和资产价格产生了重要的影响,而主权投资基金特殊的国家背景,又使其投资动向引起美欧政府和各界的关注。当前,我国主权财富基金应借鉴国际先进经验,不断完善其运作机制,积极应对外部监管环境变化对我主权财富基金的挑战。
Recently, the development of SWFs is swift and violent, especially since breaking out the sub - prime mort- gage crisis in the USA, it＇ s active performance in the field of international finance arouses the international society ＇ s widespread attention. SWFs＇ scale is increasing, its strategic assets allocation has had the important impact on the in- ternational capital movement and the property price. And the special country background of SWFs makes its tendency of investment cause the government of USA and Europe and concerns from various sectors. At present, China＇ s sovereign wealth funds should profit from the international advanced experience, constantly improve its operational mechanism and actively respond to the challenges with the changes in environment of external supervision.
