摘要
在社会主义新农村建设的背景下,农村居民的医疗保障是政府财政重点关注的领域之一,对我国农村财政卫生支出进行绩效评价,有利于提高财政资源配置效率和公共服务水平。文章通过建立"布朗-杰克逊"公共支出模型的扩展式,探讨了财政资金对农村医疗保障投入的绩效问题。
Under the background of the construction of new rural areas, the government financially pays much attention to rural medical security system. The performance appraisal of financial expenditure on medical security will improve the efficiency of financial resource allocation and the level of public service. This paper analyzes the performance apprasial of financial expenditure on rural medical security by establishing the extended model of Brown-Jackson（2000）.
