摘要
为满足能耗管理的需求,利用VB语言和Access2003开发了能耗管理数据库系统;并以政府机关办公能耗的管理为例,运用该系统对政府办公能耗进行了管理、指标计算、统计分析和能耗对比。通过对能耗的统计和对比分析,表明该系统能够为进一步地挖掘节能潜力以及能耗公示和指标的考核评比提供依据。
An energy consumption management database system was developed for managing energy by Visual Basic language and Access2003. This paper gave an example that government official energy consumption was managed, calculated and compared using the system. Through the statistics and analysis of energy consumption, it gets a conclusion that this system can provide evidence for mining energy-saving potential, publishing energy consumption and appraising index.
