摘要
本文根据古德莱德和霍姆斯小组的解释框架,提出了大学与中小学"共同发展"的合作理念和目标,并结合我国大学与中小学实现"共同发展"的背景与问题,提出了达成思想共识、加强组织建设,拓展合作领域、建设共同的组织文化和加大经费支持力度等促进两者共同发展的建议。
Based on the explanatory framework of Goodlad and Holmes group, this paper proposes the idea and goal of ＂Joint Development＂ cooperation between universities and primary and middle schools. It analyses the background and problems of ＂Joint Development＂ co-operation between local universities and primary and middle schools, and then puts forward the following suggestions for the cooperation： reach ideological consensus, strengthen organization construction, expand the cooperation fields, construct the common organization culture and increase fund support.
