摘要
在日益激烈的竞争环境中,知识资源扮演着越来越重要的角色。整合知识资源已经得到民办高校办学者的广泛认同和重视。本文在分析民办高校整合知识资源的必要性与可能性的基础上,论述了民办高校运作社会资本整合知识资源的主要方式,并对其积极意义和局限性进行了探讨。
In the increasingly competitive society, knowledge resources are playing a more and more important role. Meanwhile, the integration of knowledge resources has been paid great attention by the runners in non-governmental higher institutions. Based on the necessity and possibility of integrating knowledge resources in non Tgovernmental higher institutions, this paper mainly studies the functions of social capital with a concrete case such as employing experts in non-governmental higher institutions, constructing knowledge alliance between non-governmental higher institutions and other advantageous knowledge organizations. Besides, this paper also probes into the integrating limitation of social capital to knowledge resources.
