摘要
用3个光合细菌菌株组成的混合菌种在5个水簇箱(50cm×30cm×40cm)中进行光合细菌降解猪场污水试验,探讨化学耗氧量(CODcr)为3500mg/L以下的不同浓度猪场污水与不同处理时间对降解能力的影响。结果表明:在室温17~25℃、pH值67~75、光照1000-3000lx的条件下,光合细菌降解猪场污水试验中,不同污水浓度对降解能力影响不显著(P>005),而不同处理时间对降解能力影响极显著(P<001)。在加入菌种后24h,CODcr降解率可达555%,出水CODcr达1500mg/L。
hree bacteria of PSB were applied in the five aquatic boxes (50 cm×30 cm ×40 cm) to evaluate the waste water treatment in pig farms. The experiment was conducted to find the treatment efficicncy of CODcr and retention time under 3 500 mg/L of CODcr. In the experiment, the degradation of CODcr was not affected by the data of CODcr although CODcr concentration decreased significantly with the retention time achieved by 24 h. The results indicated that CODcr averaged<1 500/L in the effluent, with removal of 55.5%.
