摘要
１日龄Ａｖａｉｎ鸡１６０只，分为４组，Ⅰ组为对照组，饲喂代谢能１２～１３４ＭＪ／ｋｇ，粗蛋白２１％～２３％的基础日粮。Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组为试验组，在基础日粮基础上于１～１０日龄期间分别添加０６４４、１３２８、２６５６ｍｇ／只·ｄ的胸腺肽。试验期４２ｄ，结果表明：（１）４２日龄时，各试验组鸡的平均体重高于对照组，其中Ⅲ、Ⅳ组与对照组相比差异显著（Ｐ＜００５）。（２）２３日龄Ｔ淋巴细胞百分率高于对照组，其中Ⅱ组与对照组相比差异显著（Ｐ＜００５），Ⅲ、Ⅳ组与对照组相比差异极显著（Ｐ＜００１）。３８日龄时，各试验组Ｔ淋巴细胞百分率仍高于对照组，但差异不显著（Ｐ＜００５）。（３）各试验组血浆Ｔ３、Ｔ４浓度高于对照组，在２８日龄时Ⅲ、Ⅳ组Ｔ４浓度显著高于对照组（Ｐ＜００５）。（４）各试验组血浆ＧＨ浓度比对照组高，但差异不显著（Ｐ＞００５）。
ne hundred sixty Avain chickens,aged 1 day,were divided randomly into four groups:group 1 serve as control.The base diets contained metabolic energy 12.0～13.4 MJ/kg,crude protein 21%～23%.Thymic peptides were added to the base diets of group 2,3,4 at doses of 0.664 、1.328 and 2.656 mg/day·bird respectively from lst to 10th day.In the 42-day trial,the results showed that:1)On the 42th day,the body weights of all the treated groups were higher than that of control,and it between group 3,4 and group 1 was significant (P<0.05).2)On the 23th day,the percentage of T cells between group 2 and group 1 was different (P<0.05),and it between group 3, 4 and group 1 was significantly different (P<001)But on the 38th day the perventage of T cell between each experiment group is still higher than control,but no different (P<0.05).3)The concentration of plasma T3,T4 of group 2,3,4 were higher than that of control.The concentration of plasma T4 between group 3,4 and group 1 was different (P<0.05).4)The concentration of plasma GH of treated groups was higher than that of control,but the difference were not significant (P>005).
