摘要
通过对医改相关报道的汇总、梳理、分析,归纳出其可能的政策走向,结合笔者在地市级公立医院的管理实践,从如何适应政策形势、调整运行机制和发展方向等方面,为地市级医院的管理层提供一些参考意见。
Health system reform trend was conjectured by summarizing, integrating and inducing the media report on health system reform. Based on the experience of city public hospital management, by views of adapting policy situation, adjusting mechanism and strategy, measures on how to fit health system reform of city level public hospital were discussed.
