摘要
本文讨论农药微生物降解的研究进展,包括降解微生物的分离和筛选技术,以有机氯和有机磷农药为代表的农药降解途径,微生物降解农药的作用机理,降解代谢中的酶促反应类型,并介绍微生物降解在农药三废处理中的应用。
A general description on microbial degradation of pesticides is given in this review. The subject covers following aspects: isolation of the microbe-degraders, bio-degradation pathway of some pesticides, and characteristics ol microhial metabolism and involved enzymes. The practical approaches to biological detoxification of pesticides have also been discussed.
