摘要
针对浙江省重点工程义乌巧溪水库加固改造,选择了原大坝除险加高、新建大坝、跨流域调水、库中库等5个方案进行论证比较,结果表明对老坝进行除险加高是本工程的最优选择。通过方案论证得到启示:对区域水资源利用进行统筹规划和多方案比较,不仅能使推荐方案在技术经济上最优,而且有利于获得广大群众的理解和支持。
Based on the reconstruction of the Qiaoxi Reservoir - the major project of Zhejiang Province, five design schemes that include increasing height of old darn, building new dam, inter-basin water diversion, simultaneous increasing height of two dams etc are selected as comparison and analysis. It is concluded that eliminiting danger and increasing height of old dam is the optimal selection for the project. The inspiration has been obtained that overall planning is beneficial to ensure the optimal selection and to be supported by people.
