以色列中小学校长绩效评价存在的问题

摘要由教育督导对中小学校长绩效进行评价以确认其管理水平,已经成为以色列教育主管部门对各个学区的一项法律要求。由于在评价目的、评价过程、评价方法、评价体系设计和考虑外在因素对校长的影响等方面存在的不足,其绩效评价未能达到预期效果。
