一种提高故障录波装置测量精度的方法 被引量:8

摘要 长期以来人们很少关心故障录波装置本身的测量精度问题,导致基于录波数据的各种应用导出的结果不够准确,从而削弱了录波数据本身应有的参考价值。文中分析了录波装置模拟采样电路中存在的各种线性和非线性误差,说明模拟通道的输入和输出关系存在一定的非线性,这种非线性在宽测量范围内表现比较明显,采用传统的线性表达式会带来较大的误差。为了克服非线性对录波装置测量精度的影响,提出了采用最佳拟合曲线和分段最佳拟合曲线来取代线性表达式,并提出了确定最佳拟合曲线和分段最佳拟合曲线的方法。通过在实际录波装置上的测试结果表明,所提出的方法能够大大提高录波装置本身的测量精度,使录波装置能够在很宽的测量范围内保证足够的精度。 For quite some time little attention has been given to the measuring accuracy of the fault recorder, which has led to the insufficient accuracy of the results derived in various applications based on the recorded data, weakening the due reference value of the recorded data. Because of the linear and non-linear errors existing in the analog sampling circuit, the relationship between input and output is not a purely linear but a non-linear expression. The non-linearity has a great influence on the measuring accuracy, so the fault recorder will generate larger errors when the linear expression is used to represent the input- output relationship. In order to reduce the impact of non-linearity, the best fitting curve and segmental best fitting curve are proposed to replace the linear expression. The test results on an actual fault recorder show that the proposed approach can greatly improve the measuring accuracy even in a very large measuring range.
