摘要
当地面条件、造斜点位置和工具造斜能力的可选范围受到限制时,如果采用常规的井身剖面,有些水平井会因靶前位移不足而无法实现设计和施工。为解决欠位移水平井设计和施工难题,提出了设计这种欠位移水平井的双S剖面,它是由直线段和圆弧段相间排列的7段式剖面。系统地研究了双S剖面的特征参数和约束方程,其设计方法不仅适用于各种三弧剖面,而且还避免了分步设计和试算,保证了井眼轨道设计的科学性和实用性。研究表明:欠位移水平井设计的实质是确定出合理的造斜点位置和反向造斜所钻达的井斜角,以满足井身剖面对于垂深和水平位移的要求,并给出了设计示例。
When limited by surface conditions,kick off point,and building capability of the tools,sometimes it will be impossible to design or drill horizontal wells using conventional well profile due to insufficient displacement before the target zone.To conduct successful design and drilling of under-displacement horizontal wells,a double-S profile for under-displacement horizontal well is recommended.The profile is made up of 7 sections,with alternated tangent sections and curve sections.In this paper the characteristic parameters and constraint equation of the double-S profile have been systematically studied.The design method is not only suitable for all 3-curve profiles,but also has avoided stepwise design and provisional calculation,which will ensure a scientific and practical design of well profiles.The study shows that the design of under-displacement horizontal wells is essentially to realize the TVD and horizontal displacement requirements of the well profile by determining the proper kick off point and the proper ultimate inclination of reverse whipstocking.Design examples are also given out here.
