摘要
目的建立一种快速、灵敏、准确的高效液相色谱法测定替硝唑葡萄糖注射液中5-羟甲基糠醛(S-HMF)的含量。方法HPLC法,以Hypersil ODS2 C18(4.6mm×250mm,5pm)为色谱柱,流动相:甲醇:水:冰乙酸(38:62:0.8),柱温:30℃;流速1.0ml/min,检测波长为284nm。结果5-羟甲基糠醛在0.5~2.5μg/ml浓度范围与峰面积有良好线性关系,r=1.000。平均回收率为101.1%,RSD=1%(n=9)。结论本方法准确、简便、快捷。排除了替硝唑的干扰,可用于测定替硝唑萄萄糖注射液中5-羟甲基糠醛含量。
Objective To develop a HPLC method to determine the 5-(Hydroxymethyl) -2-furalclehyde in tintdazole glucose for injection. Methods The chromatographic conditions were listed below:Hypersil ODS2 C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 um) column, the mobile phase of sodium methanol-water-acetic acid ( 38 : 62 : 0. 8 ) UV detector at wavelength 284 nm, and a mobile phase acetonitrile-0. 01 mol/L sodium 1-Heptanesulfonate, flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. Results The average recovery was 101.1% ( RSD = 1% ) ( n = 9). Conclusion The method is accurate, simple and rapid. It can be used to determine the 5 - (Hydroxymethyl) -2-furalclehyde tint- dazole in glucose for injection.
