摘要
目的建立一种快速、灵敏、准确的高效液相色谱法测定替硝唑葡萄糖注射液中5-羟甲基糠醛（S-HMF）的含量。方法HPLC法，以Hypersil ODS2 C18（4.6mm×250mm，5pm）为色谱柱，流动相：甲醇：水：冰乙酸（38：62：0.8），柱温：30℃；流速1.0ml/min，检测波长为284nm。结果5-羟甲基糠醛在0.5~2.5μg/ml浓度范围与峰面积有良好线性关系，r=1.000。平均回收率为101.1%，RSD=1%（n=9）。结论本方法准确、简便、快捷。排除了替硝唑的干扰，可用于测定替硝唑萄萄糖注射液中5-羟甲基糠醛含量。
Objective To develop a HPLC method to determine the 5-（Hydroxymethyl） -2-furalclehyde in tintdazole glucose for injection. Methods The chromatographic conditions were listed below：Hypersil ODS2 C18 （4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 um） column, the mobile phase of sodium methanol-water-acetic acid （ 38 ： 62 ： 0. 8 ） UV detector at wavelength 284 nm, and a mobile phase acetonitrile-0. 01 mol/L sodium 1-Heptanesulfonate, flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. Results The average recovery was 101.1% （ RSD = 1% ） （ n = 9）. Conclusion The method is accurate, simple and rapid. It can be used to determine the 5 - （Hydroxymethyl） -2-furalclehyde tint- dazole in glucose for injection.
