摘要
和谐护理必须拥有和谐的护理文化。和谐护理必须坚持文化宗旨。和谐护理的文化意蕴诸要素,主要包括护理主体和谐、客体和谐、和谐的护理文化环境、和谐的护理文化管理、和谐的护理制度文化、和谐的护理文化教育。和谐护理的文化意蕴要求护理主体必须履行应尽的文化责任,以及相关的护理行业学会、主管部门尤其是政府必须承担在协调主体与客体关系中应尽的文化义务,以确保和谐的护患关系科学健康地运行,彰显中国特色的护理事业的文化魅力。
Harmonious nursing must have harmonious nursing culture and must insist on the cultural purpose. Culture implication of harmonious nursing includes each kind of essential factors, mainly harmonious nursing main body, objects harmony, harmonious nursing culture environment, harmonious nursing culture management, harmonious nursing system culture, and harmonious nursing culture and education. Culture implication of harmonious nursing requests nursing main body must take completely cultural responsibility. And related nursing profession academic society, competent department especially government must responsible for the coordinating relation between main body and the object, so as to ensure harmonious nurse- patient relation to run scientifically and healthily. Thus it can show the cultural charm of nursing care with Chinese characteristics
