摘要
采用微区X射线衍射技术(XRD)和XPS测量技术,对金刚石单晶体镀钛层的结构进行了测量,结果显示金刚石镀钛层的TiC多晶体结构有明显的织构现象。
It has measured the structure of Ti-plated coat on monocrystal diamond by XRD and XPS. The result shows that the texture was observed in TiC polycrystalline structure of Ti-plated coat of diamond.
