摘要
肺母细胞瘤是发生于肺的一种少见的恶性混合性肿瘤，其形态结构类似于胚胎期肺组织，本文复习我院三例病例，结合文献，发现主要发生于40岁左右的男性，愈后较差，文献报道最长一例可达24年。需要与之鉴别的病种有：（1）癌肉瘤，（2）来源于支气管腺体的恶性混合瘤，（3）胸膜间皮瘤。
Pulmonary Blastoma is a rare lung composed of immature mesenchyme and/or epithelium that morphologically mimics embryonal pulmonary structure. Three cases are reviewed, together with the literature. The prognosis of the tumor is poor, and the clinical course is not readily predicated from histologic appearance. It is necessary to distinguished it from (1)Carcinosarcoma. (2)Malignaint Mixed Tumor. (3)Pleural Mesotheliome.
