摘要
[目的]探讨断夜处理持续天数对延迟早花亲本开花的影响。[方法]于2006年和2007年分别进行断夜处理持续天数试验。[结果]结果表明,2007年8月下旬至9月中旬间断夜152、6 d处理的的甘蔗开花高峰期均比上一年相同处理的推迟10 d左右;一些品系各处理下的终花期和开花持续期均随年份不同而发生较大变化,但在抽穗率降低程度和延迟开花天数方面,各参试品系2007年对断夜天数的不同反应与2006年表现一致。[结论]该研究为目前甘蔗种质创新和杂交花穗生产提供技术支持和理论依据。
[Objective]The aim of research was to discuss the effect of night-break treatment on flowering of sugarcane in different year.[Method] Experiments about different night-break durations under the same light intensity were conducted to study the effects of night-break on the delay of flowering in 2006 and 2007.[Result]The results showed that the flowering florescence of sugarcane in night-break treatment 15 and 26 d from the last ten days of August to the middle ten days of September in 2007 was much more 10 days than the same treatment in 2006,and it was still in the great need for the crossing.The extent of flowering and the date of last flower for several tested parental clones in each same treatment had obvious change in different year.The decreasing degree and delayed flowering days of several tested parental clones under different night-break treatment conditions were uniform in 2006 and 2007.[Conclusion]This research will provide technique support and theoretical basis for sugarcane idioplasm innovation and hybridization flower fringe production.
