摘要
莆田LNG电厂500kV送出工程为国内首条海上大跨越工程,19号基础是第1座500kV线路的海中双回路铁塔基础。首次在国内采用斜钢管桩基础型式。塔基下方共布置45根钢管桩,四周布置42根防撞桩,斜桩的斜度为4∶1。工程采用大型打桩船的沉桩施工工艺,利用CPS RTK定位技术进行沉桩定位,沉桩尺寸误差均在允许误差范围,承载力均符合设计要求。
The No. 19 foundation of Putian LNG Power Plant 500kV Output Project is the first domestic off shore double-circuit tower foundation currently under construction, and is also the first time that oblique pipe pile foundation is used in 500 kV line in the nation. There is a total of 45 pipe piles underneath the foundation, which is surrounded by 42 crash prevention piles with a 4:1 pitch for oblique piles. Sinking pile construction is performed by large pile driving barges, and sinking piles are positioned using GPS RTK technology. Errors of pile size are within tolerance, and load bearing capacities meet design requirements.
