摘要
在汶川地震灾后恢复重建过程中,国家确定绵竹市为江苏省对口支援城市。江苏省建设厅按照江苏省委、省政府的部署,迅速全面启动灾后重建城乡规划编制工作。江苏在对口支援绵竹市灾后重建城乡规划编制工作中,就规划编制工作的指导思想、基本理念、关注重点和实施保障等方面进行了深入探讨,并形成了比较适应当前重建规划的工作思路和方法。
Jiangsu Province is appointed to give counterpart aid to Mianzhu City during the reconstruction process after the Wenchuan earthquake. The Construction Department of Jiangsu Province organized the urban-rural planning formulation rapidly according to the arrangement of the provincial government. In the reconstruction planning formulation of Mianzhu, four aspects including guiding ideology, basic concepts, key contents, implementation are deeply analyzed and a set of working thoughts and approaches adapting to the current reconstruction planning work are explored.
