摘要
针对火工品压药过程中存在的非线性和蠕变特性,提出用一种特殊的结构简单的线性缓冲器改善过程特性。为了分析缓冲器的各项性能,建立了有限元应力分析模型,通过有限元软件平台对不同几何特征的模型的静载强度和屈服极限进行了数值分析。根据分析结果得出缓冲器几何特征与弹簧刚度之间的关系,并进行部分对比试验研究,证明了本文方法的有效性。根据分析试验结果设计制造了缓冲器,应用于火工品自动压药系统中。应用结果表明,该方法能有效提高火工品压药精度。
In view of the serious pressing process of pyrotechnics, nonlinear and creep problems of a special linear buffer with simple pressure controlling during charge structure was proposed to improve its process performance. To analyze various characters of the linear buffer, its finite element stress analysis model was established, the static load intensities and the yielding limits of the different geometric character linear buffers were numerically simulated by the model. According to results of the analysis, the relationship between geometrical character and stiffness of the buffer was obtained, and the partial experiments were performed. The comparisons between the analytical and experimental results prove the method to be effective. The buffer was designed, manufactured and used in automatic charge pressing system for pyrotechnics. The applied results show that the method can effectively improve the charge pressing precision.
