间歇过程多杂质用水网络的超结构模型及求解 被引量:2

摘要 增加中间储罐摆脱时间约束,将间歇过程多杂质用水网络看成一连续过程。先建立引入分配因子的间歇用水网络的超结构模型,求解出最优网络,其次引入时间约束,确定再用次序,在最短的周期内使网络结构达到稳定,最后通过优化储罐和分配器的数量,找出间歇过程多杂质用水网络的最优结构。实例证明本文的方法可以有效解决间歇过程多杂质用水网络的问题。 Water-using network synthesis with multiple contaminants (M-WNS) for batch processes is regarded as M-WNS for continuous processes by adding storage tanks, which eliminates the time limitation to reuse or recycle water discharged by each water-using process. The superstructure model of M-WNS for batch processes is firstly established by introducing assignment coefficients, then the time constraints are introduced and the sequence of reuse water is defined to obtain the steady water-using network in the least iterations. Finally, the optimum water-using network with multiple contaminants is founded after the optimization of the numbers of storage tanks and dividers. An example is illustrated to show the efficiency of this method.
