摘要
针对当前高校旅游管理专业实践教学在办学思想、培养模式、课程设置、教学手段、培养师资力量等方面存在的问题,提出了加强校企合作、树立开放型办学思路、课程设置与市场接轨、重视运用现代化的教学模式、改变传统的旅游管理教育理念、加强师资队伍建设、强化实习基地选择的科学性和合理性、强化实践教学管理的实践教学体系建设的思路.
The thesis analyses the problems of the practice teaching of Universities＇ tour management profession, such as the teaching ideas, the pattern of training, the courses＇ establishment, the teaching methods, quality of teachers and so on. Some corresponding methods are put forward, such as strengthening the cooperation between the university and enterprises, establishing the opening-outwards teaching ideas,etc.
