以2-氯-5-氯甲基噻唑为原料,经过两步反应高产率得到标题化合物,总收率88.9%。
5- Hydroxymethylthiazole, a key intermediate for Ritonavir, was synthesized from 2-chloro-5-chloromethyhhiazole through two steps of reactions, and the product yield reached 88.9 % .
