摘要
确定能效对标的指标体系是企业实施对标工作的重要环节,是联系各项对标工作流程的纽带。本文提出了构建能效对标指标体系应遵循的原则,分析了指标体系的构成要素和主要内容,归纳、总结了构建指标体系的方法和步骤,并指出了在对标指标体系应用过程中应注意的几个问题。
Establishing the indicator system is an important process that enterprises carry out benchmarking on energy efficiency, and is a ligament to link all courses of benchmarking. The paper gives out the principles that should be followed in the course of establishing an indicator system, analyses the essential elements and content that should be included in the system, summarizes the methods and steps to establish an indicator system based on benchmarking demonstrations towards some high energy-intensity industries. At the end, the writer points out some problems should be paid more attention to.
