摘要
循环经济是在资源与环境的约束下探索出的一种有效的经济发展模式。农业循环经济是我国农业可持续发展的必然战略选择。文章阐述了循环经济和农业循环经济的内涵,分析了我国目前在农业循环经济发展过程中存在的障碍因素,从政府的角度提出了发展农业循环经济所需提供的条件。
Circular economy is a kind of effective development mode under the conditions of limited resources and environment. It is the necessary strategic choice for the sustainable development of agriculture in China. This paper introduces the content of circular economy and its function in agriculture, and then analyzes the problems in the processes of circular economy development, and then put forward the necessary conditions for rural sustainable development from the view of government.
