摘要
在分析平衡计分卡在组织绩效管理中的应用基础上,运用平衡计分卡的基本思想设计了高校行政部门绩效评价指标体系。按其因果关系,形成一套高校行政部门绩效管理的战略地图,为科学提高校行政部门绩效提供了依据和借鉴。
Analyzing the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and application in performance management of organization,this paper establishes a set of more complete performance evaluation system of nonprofit organizations in the university using the balance scorecard. According to its causal relation,a set of the strategic maps about performance management are built ,which is the basis and model for enhancing performance in nonprofit organizations.
