摘要
核心能力的培育与发展是民营企业实现可持续成长的关键,民营企业可持续成长核心能力的形成是一系列内外部影响因素的综合作用的结果。在界定民营企业可持续成长核心能力的基础上,重点从资源整合、人力资源、企业文化、管理机制和技术创新等5个方面探讨了影响其培育和发展的内部因素,提出5种要素的整合是突破民营企业核心能力培育瓶颈的关键。
The cultivation and development of core competence,which are influenced by a series of external and internal factors, have an inevitable impact on the sustainable development of private-owned enterprises. This paper explores into the internal factors influencing the cultivation of the core competence for private-owned enterprises from five aspects of resources integration,human resources,corporate culture,management system and technology innovation. For the successful development of core competence some integrate the five internal factors for rivate-owned enterprises. proposals are put forward in this paper to
