摘要
为了确定最佳的燃气发生器结构,对不同结构的燃气发生器进行了对比试验,考察了喷嘴尺寸、燃烧室长度、燃烧室构型等因素对燃气发生器燃烧性能的影响.研究结果表明:在一定范围内增大喷嘴尺寸,燃烧性能基本不受影响,但却可以缩短燃气发生器的点火延迟时间,并且增大流量调节范围;增加燃烧室长度可以明显的提高燃烧效率;燃烧室的构型对燃烧性能有很大影响,收缩-扩张型着火段影响了燃烧过程,降低了燃烧效率,燃气发生器设计不宜采用这种构型.
Hot tests were conducted and experimental data was analyzed in order to se lect an optimal structure for gas generator. The combustion performance was analyzed and the size of injectors, the characteristic chamber length and the geometric characteristic of eombustor was examined. The results suggest that:In a certain extant enlarging the size of injectors does not affect the combustion efficiency, at the same time the ignition delay is shorten and the boundary of adjustment of mass flow rate is expanded;Increase of characteristic chamber length benefits combustion efficiency; Geometric characteristic of combustor also has a great impact on combustion efficiency. The flame segment of converge-diverge shape influences the combustion process, and then decreases the combustion efficiency. The combustor with converge-diverge shape is not recommended during the design of gas generator.
