摘要
将超声振动特性应用于磨削加工系统中变幅杆的设计,利用振动模态分析和谐振响应分析方法,研究了超声磨削谐振系统和变幅杆的动态特性,确定了变幅杆的共振频率及在该频率下的谐振响应状态,求出了变幅杆自由端面在谐振状态下的振幅,由此获得了变幅杆的振幅放大系数。据此设计了最佳形状的变幅杆,并通过仿真分析验证了其设计合理性。
The ultrasonic vibration characteristics were applied to the design of an amplitude transformer in the grinding machining system. By using methods of mode analysis and syntony response analysis, the dynamic characteristics of the ultrasonic syntony grinding system and amplitude transformer were studied, the syntony frequency of the amplitude transformer and its response state under this frequency were determined, and the amplitude of amplitude transformer at the free-end surface under the syntony condition was calculated, so the amplification factor of the amplitude transformer can be attained. Based on this, an amplitude transformer with the best shape was designed, and the rationality of the design was validated by a simulation analysis.
