精益生产是一种追求高效率、低成本地生产市场所需的必要数量的高品质成品的生产方式。在卷烟制造企业有必要推行精益生产模式,正确推行精益生产模式将有助于提高企业的市场竞争力。
Lean production is a mode which pursuites a high efficiency, low-cost, high-quality production of finished products with the market needed number. In the cigarette manufacturers, it is necessary to implement lean manufacturing model, the correct implementation of lean production model will help enterprises to enhance their market competitiveness.
