巨大型侵袭性垂体腺瘤的免疫组织化学研究

摘要 通过免疫组化方法(ABC法),测定c-erbB2,EGFR,P21及PCNA在67例巨大型侵袭性垂体腺瘤中的表达。巨侵型腺瘤中PCNA,c-erbB2的阳性表达高于非侵袭性腺瘤;巨侵型腺瘤中细胞间变组的PCNA,c-erbB2,EGFR,P21的阳性表达高于非间变组。垂体瘤的侵袭性生长方式及其细胞间变与基因调控障碍有关,可据此判断肿瘤的侵袭性及预后。 The protein of oncogene c-erbB2,EGFR ,P21 and the proliferating cell nucleaic antigen (PCNA) were abnormally expressed in macro-invasive pituitary adenomas. Through ABC method, PCNA and c-erbB2 in invasive adenomas were found to express more than in non-invasive adenomas, and PCNA, c-erhB2 and P21 were found to express more in the invasive adenomas with anaplasia than those without anaplasia. The findings might be a index of judging the invasiveness and malignant characters of the pituitary adenomas,as well as a index for follow-up.
