123例围绝经期妇女补佳乐联合安宫黄体酮序贯治疗分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的:探讨性激素替代疗法(HRT)对围绝经期妇女血清雌激素水平及围绝经期综合症状的影响。方法:随机选择2006～2007年本院妇科门诊的围绝经期患者123例,应用补佳乐和安宫黄体酮序贯周期疗法,观察其用药3个月、6个月、9个月的疗效。结果:123例患者用药后血清中FSH和LH值明显下降,血清E2显著上升(P<0.01),患者的围绝经期综合症状明显好转。结论:适量补充雌激素是有益的,可以提升体内雌激素的水平,缓解围绝经期患者的综合症状。
