摘要
本文用SEM及MRGC-80型微反系统对一系列含锆低压合成甲醇催化剂的形貌、各组份的分布及CO/H2低压下合成甲醇的活性等进行了考察.结果表明共沉淀法制得的CuO-ZnO-ZrO2催化剂不论是其氧化态或还原态形貌均为无定型,且Cu,ZnO,Zr各组份分布均匀.制备催化剂的方法不同、催化剂中锆组份的分布情况不同,锆组份分布的越均匀,对应的催化剂的比表面越大,活性越高.
Great progress in short wavelength semiconductor blue green laser diodes has been made in recent years.Major problems neaded to be solved for making these laser diodes from ZnSe based Ⅱ Ⅵ materials and GaN based Ⅲ Ⅴ compounds are discussed.Furthermore,recent development in this field is presented.
