摘要
本文用ＳＥＭ及ＭＲＧＣ－８０型微反系统对一系列含锆低压合成甲醇催化剂的形貌、各组份的分布及ＣＯ／Ｈ２低压下合成甲醇的活性等进行了考察．结果表明共沉淀法制得的ＣｕＯ－ＺｎＯ－ＺｒＯ２催化剂不论是其氧化态或还原态形貌均为无定型，且Ｃｕ，ＺｎＯ，Ｚｒ各组份分布均匀．制备催化剂的方法不同、催化剂中锆组份的分布情况不同，锆组份分布的越均匀，对应的催化剂的比表面越大，活性越高．
Great progress in short wavelength semiconductor blue green laser diodes has been made in recent years.Major problems neaded to be solved for making these laser diodes from ZnSe based Ⅱ Ⅵ materials and GaN based Ⅲ Ⅴ compounds are discussed.Furthermore,recent development in this field is presented.
