摘要
目的观察经体外受精-胚胎移植后三胎妊娠行减胎术的效果。方法对在我院生殖中心自2004年10月至2005年5月的5例三胎妊娠孕妇行减胎术,其中4例行经阴道减胎术,1例行经腹部减胎术。结果5例孕妇在全面、精心的护理下均未发生感染及阴道流血,并已全部安全分娩健康婴儿。结论对选择性减胎术进行细致的观察和护理,可以减少并发症的发生,提高成功分娩的概率。
Objective To observe the effects of triplet pregnancy reduction after invitro fertilizationembryo transfer （IVF-ET）. Methods From October 2004 to May 2005, 5 cases with triplet pregnancy resulted from IVF-ET underwent pregnancy reduction in the reproduction center of our hospital, including 4 via transvaginal and 1 by transabdominal approach. Results With holistic nursing care, no infection and vaginal bleeding occurred in five cases. All the delivery were safe and babies were healthy. Conclusion Comprehensive observation and nursing care of patients with selec- tive pregnancy reduciton can reduce postoperative complications and improve the probability of successful delivery.
