摘要
利用光学显微镜观察并测定7个不同分布地区欧李资源花粉粒的形态和大小。结果表明:欧李花粉形态为长球形或椭圆形,萌发孔为三孔沟类型;不同分布地区欧李之间在花粉大小上存在一定差异,可作为欧李分类的依据。
The site shape and size of pollen of Chinese dwarf cherry from 7 different distributions resources were observed and spectacled with light microscope. The result showed as below: the pollen shape of the Chinese dwarf cherry were nearly spheroidal or super - spheroidal and the type of apertures are tricolporate. There are some differences in the pollen shape be- tween different resource of Chinese dwarf cherry. This can be used as basis for classification.
