摘要
构建高等学校和谐领导班子是提高党的执政能力、构建和谐校园与和谐社会的必然要求,也是高校领导班子建设现状的客观要求。构建高校和谐领导班子必须全方位地思考,科学地进行总体设计,优化领导班子的人员结构;同时,还要加强领导班子的思想政治建设,坚持民主集中制。这样,会不断增强其凝聚力、战斗力和创造力。
Building a harmonious leadership in university is not only the necessary requirement for improving the Party＇s administrative ability and building a harmonious campus and socialistic society but also the objective requirement for improving the status of leading bodies. In order to set up a harmonious leadership, we must consider comprehensively and design scientifically to optimize the composition of leader staff. It＇s very important to strengthen political and ideological construction and stick to the democracy-concentration system, which will benefit to form a strong and harmonious leadership and continuously strengthen its team spirit, fighting power and creativity.
