摘要
在聚合物驱中,聚合物前缘突破时间是一项重要的开发指标,为了对其进行预测,综合运用Buckley-Leverett前缘推进理论和韦尔杰(Welge)方程,在分析研究聚合物在多孔介质流变特性的基础上,建立了考虑聚合物在多孔介质流变特性以及体积波及系数的聚合物驱前缘推进方程。应用该方程预测的实际聚合物驱区块的聚合物前缘突破时间为206d,实际聚合物前缘突破时间为198d,两者基本一致,表明该方法能够满足矿场需要。
The breakthrough time of polymer front is an important production index for the polymer flooding. In order to predict the breakthrough time,based on the theory of the Buckley-Leverett flooding front and Welge equation synthetically,and the analysis a-bout the polymer rheological property in porous media,an equation was established for the polymer -flooding front considering the polymer rheological property and the sweep efficiency. The breakthrough time of polymer front of the field pilot calculated by the equation is 206d,while the actual polymer breakthrough time of the field pilot is 198d. The result calculated by the equation is similar to the field value,which demonstrates that the equation established in the paper can meet the field demand.
