摘要 目的观察在穿透性角膜移植手术麻醉中加用大剂量透明质酸酶对麻醉效果的影响。方法术前行球后麻醉时麻药中加入1500 U透明质酸酶,观察眼压的变化及术中麻醉效果。结果麻醉前后的眼压差异具有统计学意义,术中麻醉效果良好,术中术后无并发症及药物不良反应出现。结论在穿透性角膜移植手术麻醉中加用大剂量透明质酸酶,可有效降低眼压,利于术中操作。 [ Objective] To observe the effect of hyaluronidase with high dose on anesthesia of penetrating keratoplasty. [ Methods] Anaesthetic mixed with 1500U hyaluronidase was used for retrobulbar anesthesia before operation, the changes of intraocular pressure and the effect of anesthesia were observed. [Results] The difference of intraocular pressure before and after anesthesia was significant, with good intraoperative anesthesia effect, and without intraoperative and postoperative complication and adverse drug reaction. [ Conclusion] Using high dose of hyaluronidase in anesthesia of penetrating keratoplasty can effectively reduce intraocular pressure and benefit the operation.
