摘要
正确检测机械故障信号对提高机械设备运行稳定性具有非常重要的意义。通过简要介绍小波变换应用在信号奇异性检测方面的基本原理,提出基于小波变换的机械故障信号分析方法,该方法既充分利用了小波变换在故障信号分析中的优点,又克服了传统傅里叶变换分析方法的不足,对机械故障信号处理具有良好的效果。
The precise fault detection of the machinery has great significance for the security of the machinery. In this paper,the application of wavelet transform in the detection of singularity is briefly introduced. A method of failure analysis in machinery based on wavelet transform is presented. It well makes use of the advantages of a wavelet transform in failure signal analysis in power systems, and then overcomes the shortage of failure analysis by using traditional Fourier calculation way in signal analysis. An illustration validates this method.
